Steellong can supply you a wide range of precision machined components manufacture from carbon steel and its alloys, forged steel, stainless steel, aluminium, cast iron, brass, bronze, copper or customer specific materials. Each part is manufactured on our state of the art CNC Turning Centers. Secondary operations like drilling, tapping, heat treatment and surface plating are also done in-house.

We undertake CNC turning, milling and drilling work to customers drawings.

We use CNC and auto lathes to turn precision parts which enables us to :

• turn stock from 1mm to 100mm diameter

• turn parts to a high tolerance and surface finish

• produce complex components in a single operation to reduce cost

• maintain consistency

• produce in high volumes

The CNC turned parts can manufacture from a wide range of materials including ferrous, non-ferrous metals and plastics.
