Steellong can supply you a wide range of precision parts by milling machine. A milling machine is a machine tool used for the precision shaping of solid materials. It is based upon a cutter which rotates about the spindle axis and a table to which the workpiece is affixed. The milling operation involves movement of the rotating cutter along three, four or five axes. The cutter and workpiece move relative to each other, generating a precision tool path through which material is removed. The movement is precisely controlled.
Steellong's milling machines may be manually operated, mechanically automated, or digitally automated via computer numerical control.

C.N.C. Machining Centers
There are computerized, numerically controlled vertical and horizontal mills ready to make product. We have operator, quality, setup and programming staff on hand throughout our twenty four hour work day. Our C.N.C. machining centers offer accurate milling, boring, drilling, counter boring, and tapping at rapid intervals.
The custom designed precision milling parts could fullfil the requirements of a diverse custom base, from automotive and aerospace to electrinics.
