Stainless Steel Wire Cloth Used in sifting and sizing applications and general filtration applications. It has a higher percentage of open area than both market and mill grade. It is typically used when maximum throughput is crucial. Usually woven in a square weave. Sometimes referred to as TBC or Tensile bolting cloth.

Stainless Steel Bolting Grade Wire Cloth 
Bolting grade wire cloth (woven wire cloth, stainless steel wire cloth, wire cloth screen, wire cloth strainer, industrial wire cloth, metal cloth, wire cloth) has wire diameters smaller than both milling and standard grade cloth for a higher percentage of open area. It is used for accurate wet and dry sifting and separating.

Woven Wire Cloth consists of wires crossing each other, thus forming the shape and size of the apertures. The transverse weft wires are woven into the longitudinal warp wires on looms similar to those used in the textile industry. The weaving reed controls the distances between the warp wires, the weft wires are determined by the pre-setting of the weaving machine. The cross over and under of each wire cause the wires to be crimped, resulting in a firm and stable interconnection of the mesh. The weft wires are also known as shute, shoot, cross or fill wires.

APPLICATION
Woven Wire Cloth is the only medium having exactly equal and controlled apertures together with a big open area and good physical and chemical properties. Due to its precision, wire cloth is the ideal media for sieving, filtering, and printing as well as many other specialized applications.
