Stainless Steel Mesh Screen
Steellong is specialized in producing stainless steel mesh screen.It can be supplied in square mesh or rectangular mesh as a result of different weaving patterns or to meet the demand of specific application devices. This kind of woven mesh is formed by interlocking wire to produce a given aperture. For its characteristic of acid-resisting,alkali-resisting,heat-resisting and corrosion-resisting. Stainless steel mesh screen can be used as sieve mesh in petroleum industry; as filter-mesh in chemical industry; also used in galvanized industry.
Steellong offers a range of woven wire meshes from 10 micron to the heavy industrial meshes with big apertures. Special weaves for intense filter cloth applications can also be supplied.
Wire mesh screen material types available include plain steel wire mesh, stainless steel wire mesh, pvc coated wire mesh, hot-dipped galvanized wire mesh, plus more.
Materials: Stainless steel AISI 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, etc.
Size: Available from 2 mesh to 500 mesh.

Material for weaving stainless steel wire mesh ( wire cloth ) is divided into Type 304, Type 304 L, Type 316 and Type 316 L.
Type 304 :
Often referred to as "18-8" ( 18% chromium, 8% nickel ) T-304 is the basic stainless alloy mostly
commonly utilized for wire cloth weaving. It withstands outdoor exposure without rusting and resists oxidation at an elevated temperature up to 1400 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Stainless steel mesh is the most popular woven screen in the industrial world. It is known for its corrosion resistance and strength.
Stainless steel wire mesh contains chromium and nickel in addition to steel. It is non-magnetic in the annealed condition. After stainless steel wire mesh has been woven, it may become slightly magnetic due to cold working.
