Concertina Razor Coils

Steellong can produce razor type barbed wire in concertina coils of different blade types and specifications. Special specifications for concertina coils or straight type razor wire are available on request.

Concertina Razor Coils are available in galvanized concertina coils or stainless steel. Types can be single coil or spiral types.

Varieties of Concertina Coils
Barbed Wire Tapes:
Twisted steel barbed wire tape is made of galvanized steel wire at diameter of 2.5 mm, and the wire tapes created by stamping and hot-dip galvanized steel plate at thickness of 0.55 mm.

Barbed tapes of various sizes can be made according to the specific requirements.

Barbed Tape Wire Specification:

Concertina is formed by clipping adjacent loops of single coil concertina to one another at regular points around the circumference. When extended, this forms a cylindrical pattern & limits the extension of the coil giving it integral strength, eliminating the need for supporting cables.

Flat Coil Short Barb Razar Tape is supplied as individual clipped loops of short barbed tape suitable for attaching directly to fence tops parallel to the fence line for security.

Suitable for security situations where there can be no overhang into adjoining properties or where a neat flat appearance is desired. Ideal as a gate topping & can also be attached directly to the inside of fences to increase their cutting resistance and security.

The barbs are so close as to prevent any hand hold & designed to grip onto any form of clothing. The hardened spring steel core wire reinforces the self supporting barrier, making it extremely difficult to cut & ensures that Concertina will remain effective as a security fence for many years
