What is the Largest and Smallest CNC Turning Part Available?
We can custom machine parts from bar stock as small as 3mm in diameter, which can in turn be machined down to sizes of less than 1mm. Fine detail and intricate designs are a special feature of our CNC equipment.
Repetition turning is another specialty of us. Our regular volume production processes use materials up to 102mm in diameter, however we are able to use chucking operations to make larger sizes up to around 430mm x 1.5m. We also have machining centre facilities handling material up to 1000mm x 500mm x 500mm.
